All business-related data is stored locally on your device:

• Contacts
• Quotes & Jobs
• Invoices & Payments
• Expenses
• Images (job photos, receipts, portfolio)

1.3 Device Information

We may collect basic device info for functionality and troubleshooting:

• Device type
• Operating system
• App version

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Enable app features
• Manage your profile
• Support Google Login
• Provide customer support

3. Sharing of Information

We do not share or sell your business data.

We only use:

• Firebase Authentication — For Google Login only
• Google Cloud (via Firebase Auth) — For secure token handling

No business data is uploaded to Firebase or Google Cloud.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your business data stays on your device.

Authentication data (email, Google ID token) is securely handled by Firebase Auth.

Google Sign-In uses secure HTTPS encryption.

5. Data Retention

Your business data remains on your device until you uninstall the app.

Google Login data remains in Firebase Auth until you request deletion at:

support@digiaustradie.com

6. User Rights

• Edit or delete your business data anytime
• Request deletion of your Google Auth account
• Contact us for privacy-related questions

7. Permissions We Use

We use only essential permissions:

• Camera / Gallery Access
• Storage Access

We do NOT use:

• Location
• Notifications
• Background services
• Analytics
• Advertising permissions

8. Third-Party Services

We only use:

• Firebase Authentication (Google Sign-In only)

We do not use Firebase Database, Firestore, Storage, Crashlytics, or Analytics.

9. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date.
